The application is for a mixed-use development containing ~3,670 SF commercial space and 200 dwelling units with 255 off-street parking spaces, landscaping, and stormwater management improvements. The project is located at 329 & 331 Concord Ave, Lexington, MA also known as Map 10, Lots 31 A, 31B, 31 C and Map 9, Lot 11B in the RO (One Family) and VO (Village Overlay) zoning districts.

There was a Request for Determination of Applicability of the Lexington Wetland Protection Code (Ch. 130) for the proposed development at 329-331 Concord Ave brought to the Conservation Commission on Monday, November 4, 2024. This is for the overflow drain connection into the municipal separate sewer system from the new on-side stormwater management systems associated with the proposed development. Morgan Point LLC has submitted a multifamily residential plan under §135-7.5 [Village & Multi-Family Overlay Districts] and 9.5 [Site Plan Review] of the Zoning Bylaw and Article VI of §181-71 Stormwater Management Regulations.
The proposal is for 46 dwelling units in two buildings with underground parking, landscaping, and stormwater improvements. The property is located at 5-7 Piper Road, Lexington, MA also known as Map 10, Lots 58A and 59A in the RO (One Family) and VO (Village Overlay) zoning districts.

The owner of 952 Waltham St has submitted a proposal for a small multifamily development in the Village Overlay District. It will consist of 9 townhouse-style units of about 2100 sf each over three buildings.
The first public hearing before the Planning Board has been scheduled for March 27, 2025, however the owner has requested a continuance until May 7.

419 - 439 Marrett Road owner (Historic house, Bread store and Nursery School, and Single family house) has filed a placeholder subdivision plan to freeze current zoning for eight years.
166 Spring Street (single family house at corner of Concord Ave and Spring Street). The Muslim American Community Center application is to expand and convert the existing dwelling into a religious center with worship and study areas with Limited Site Plan Review on dimensional limitations. The Planning Board public hearing is continuing on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
